These Terms of Use govern your use of Repute Shield Ops at repute-shield-ops.base44.app. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Repute Shield Ops is an organized personal record-keeping journal and incident-tracking tool. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or psychological or medical therapy. Use of this tool does not establish an attorney-client or clinical relationship.
We offer an individual plan (Repute Shield) at $19.99/month plus a one-time $10 onboarding fee, billed immediately upon checkout and recurring monthly until canceled. Firm plans (Firm Base at $199/month and Firm Expanded at $499/month) are available for law firms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees until you cancel.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. You may not use the platform to harass, defame, or harm others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. The platform is a documentation tool and does not guarantee any legal or reputational outcome.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
